GLASSES
For the wire, I used a spool of 19 gauge wire – it's thin enough to be easily pliable but strong enough to keep its shape. You could also use whatever wire you could find around. I’m sure even a paperclip would work.
Then, just form them to create little glasses! I’m no pro in wire working, so I’ll just SHOW you how I made mine instead of telling you. When you’re done with them, trim the ends if needed and bend the ends slightly like you see in the last picture. That’ll help them adhere to the head better. I also spray painted the wire black after they were formed. When you’re ready to attach them, a little dot of hot glue on each end will more than do the trick. The hair will hold them in place.
ATTACH THE HAIR CAP
Position the hair the way you like and sew it in place. If you’d rather, you can also put some fabric glue inside the hair cap and let it dry in place.
*Then, take whatever you’ve chosen to use as earrings and place them with a dot of fabric glue and let dry.
That’s it! You now have your own little RBG! Make her a keychain, give her as a gift, or take her to the voting booth with you!
